We started core.pan in may 2016, a few months after we first met. We live and work between Paris and Berlin, and we’re both freelancers in the fields of video and cgi. Our encounter is a pivotal event that allowed us to concretize an artistic reflexion we cultivated solitarily since many years. Fascinated by the crucial relationship between nature and technology, we developed this project through an extensive speculation around biomimetic engineering and consciousness, experimenting with materiality and digital as a way to explore the dynamics between mysticism, artificial intelligence, experimental science and symbiotic systems design.
